Impact  Design  Group  is a dynamic &  renowned   Architectural firm providing Architectural, Project Management Consultancy, interior & all allied architectural services.   Currently involved in several architectural, and interior projects in India and abroad since 1978, with group of young professionals guided by much experience  standards in field.  

Mr. Ravi  Redij  is  the proprietor  &    principal  architect    with Mr. Bajee Durve &   Mr. Dipak  Nachankar, as Chief Associate Architects, where Mr. Bajee Durve looking after in-house &  other architectural activities.   Mr.  P.S.    Baliwant as   the  executive  architect.   Mr. V.J. Joshi, Mr. Rajesh Shah & Mr. P.S. Babaria are the associate structural consultants.   The firm is supported by a competent technical staff including  Architects,  Civil engineers,  interior  designers  &  draftsmen. A supportive administrative & clerical staff looks after the commercial & administrative aspects of all works undertaken by the firm.  

Mr.  Ravi Redij, the Proprietor & Chief  Architect was  invited by Yorkshire University, U.K., to attend the summer school in conservation of historical & old  buildings  & have attended the same  in  1988-89,  acquiring  specialized  & modern updated training of international  standard  in repair, reconstruction & conservation of historical as well as old buildings.   

Architect, Mr. Dipak Nachankar who looks after our overseas operation has completed the overseas projects namely Gazzle Club, on Kuwait-Saudi Highway,  Ali Al Sabah Airbase in Kuwait.  A villa complex compose of 24 delux villas for Alghanim Group of Companies, Kuwait Amusement Park, Medical Warehousing Complex Ministry of Health – Kuwait, wood workshop design for Kalpataru Consultants office in Sana’s – Yemen wood workshop design for Al Mana & Partners in Doha-Qatar ,  the design management of the Standard Chartered Bank’s pan Asia refurbishment projects.  His unique professional fate is achieved as he has represented the state of Brunei Dar Us Salam, an economical richest country in Tokyo-Japan,  a technologically richest country for he Tokyo furniture fare 2000.       

We are on the approved  panel of architects  on Central Railway, Western Railway, IRCON, M.T.N.L., M.T.P.R. &  MHADA, MMRDA.   MHADA has awarded us the reconstruction of their prestigious projects such as   Botawala Compound at Mazgaon costing around Rs.15 crores & reconstructing of 89’D Mazgoan costing around Rs.8 Crores.    Similarly,  we  have been  appointed  as  an  architect through  competition  for  couple  of  institutes  like  Gujarat Corporations  (G.I.I.C., G.I.D.C.,G.S.F.C.),  Bombay  Management Association,  for  their projects of renovation  work  at  Bombay offices worth around Rs.1 crore & Rs.80 lacs respectively. 

The  Mumbai Railway Vikas Corporation Ltd.,/ Central Railway,  has  appointed us as Architects & Project Management Consultants for their prestigious staff quarters project  2 buildings’  of stilt + 12 stories bldg., at Nirmal Park, Byculla, Mumbai.   We have recently completed Gr+15 storey building at Girgaon, for West coast Realtors & Developers, projects cost is Rs.10.50 crores, which was designed as eco-friendly and green building Architecture.  Also Konkan Railway Corporation Ltd., has  appointed us for their Type V staff quarters project  at Nerul,  Navi Mumbai Vashi, &  Holiday Home Building at Madgaon,  Goa.    

We have appointed by Rajasthan Housing Board for their prestigious project of Township & residential scheme at 29, Pratapnagar, Jaipur project cost around Rs.40.00 crores.  

Similarly we have been appointed as the registered architects  on the panels of The State Bank of India, the Union Bank of India,  Punjab  &  Sind  Bank,  Punjab National Bank,  Dena  Bank. The  Western   Railways  has  entrusted  us  with  the   planning &  designing; of their residential quarters at Pali Hill, Carter Road, Bandra,   appox. estimated  @  65 crores. We also have their  Surat  Station annexure  computer reservation building complex at Surat  Railway Station.  We would also like to state that we have been awarded  a ship  interior job for Indian Naval Ship by Mazgaon Docks Ltd.   costing approximately 1 Crores. 

Similarly   Western  Railway  has  entrusted  us  with   complete redevelopment  of  Borivali  Railway  Station  complex  including proposed  station building complex of ground + 10 stories  costing approx.  Rs.90  crores  for first phase  which  approved  &  total approved project cost is Rs.30 crores. We have concluded  five  various projects  of renovation & computerization of branches  for  Union Bank  Of India total costing around Rs.15 crores &  four  various projects of renovation, A.T.M.s & computerization of branches for Dena Bank costing around Rs.25 crores. 

Principal architect Mr. Ravi Redij was retained as the chief consulting architect for PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK (Western Region) and Punjab & Sind Bank for almost 12 years till 1995 as  he  has expertise in the designing of the functioning  wings  of banks; such  as  branches, bank  mechanizations,  computer  areas, administrative areas & completely computerized branches.
